AIDS LIFECYCLE

HIV/AIDS is still a devastating disease ravaging tens of millions of people — many of whom don't even know they're infected, and there is still no cure. Donating any amount towards these organizations will go a long way towards helping those suffering from HIV/AIDS: $25 can help provide one Rapid HIV Antibody test at a free clinic located in the Castro. $100 can subsidize travel costs for a Stop AIDS Treatment Advocacy Coordinator to attend 25 medical appointments providing those infected with education to advocate for themselves. $500 can help provide medical benefits counseling for 15 people to help them obtain prescription drug assistance through the San Francisco AIDS Foundation's Financial Benefits Program.

We Ride to End AIDS Each year, more than 2,800 people from across the nation and world come together. Over the course of a week, they make an epic 545 mile journey down the coast of California, from San Francisco to Los Angeles.

So excited to take part in my 3rd annual ALC ride in 2024! Biking is fun - but biking for a cause is even MORE fun! AIDS/LifeCycle is a 7-day, 545-mile bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles raising money for SF Aids Foundation and the LA LGBT center. It is also the nation's largest HIV/AIDS fundraising and advocacy event. I'm so excited to participate again and to do my part in supporting these organizations that do incredible work and raising awareness of the HIV/AIDS epidemic.
