The mission of Oregon Food Bank (OFB) is to eliminate hunger and its root causes. Since 1988, we’ve worked to cultivate a community-led network of people fighting hunger at every level—from farmers and wholesalers, to grocers and manufacturers, to community leaders and elected officials. OFB operates at the nexus of a network of 21 regional food banks (5 operated by OFB) and 1,400+ food assistance sites across the state of Oregon and Clark County, Washington. Our approach to fighting hunger delivers on the immediate need for food distribution in our communities--101 million meals last year--as we also shape sustainable, longer-term solutions.
To eliminate hunger and its root causes ... because no one should be hungry.
