With other countries rearranging the walk for the Camino in Spain, the UK CSN Team, in conjunction with Pavelka, is doing its own version – the UK way – 22k from Cookham to Henley or 10k around Henley along the Thames Path! Family, friends and pets (walking or running!) are welcome to join and participate in either of the challenges. This event is to raise funds for 5 different cancer charities, please donate to this Brightfunds Fund for the Children;s Cancer and Leukaemia Group, who are a leading children’s cancer charity and the UK and Ireland’s professional association for those involved in the treatment and care of children with cancer.

Children's Cancer and Leukaemia Group

The Children's Cancer and Leukaemia Group have been at the forefront of children’s cancer for 45 years and are proud to have helped nearly 40,000 children and young people survive their cancer over the last 40 years.
Over 250 children still die from cancer each year in the UK – it is the biggest cause of death by disease in children. Of those who survive, many will have lifelong health conditions as a result of their treatment and cancer.
The Children's Cancer and Leukaemia Group continue to change child cancer through; supporting and funding research, supporting children and families through much needed information resources, improving awareness of symptoms and helping all children and young people with cancer globally.
